Erectile dysfunction is a condition where the penis does not harden and expand when.a man is sexually excited, or when he cannot keep an erection. When a man is sexually stimulated, his body’s normal response is to increase blood flow to his penis to produce an erection. By controlling the enzyme, sildenafil helps to maintain an erection after the penis is stroked. Without physical action to the penis, such as that occurring during sexual intercourse, sildenafil will not work to cause an erection.
Dapoxetine is a short acting selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor (SSRI).

EFFECTS AND DOSAGE

Effects of using Sildelay 160 are: The drug’s mechanism of action is thought to be related to inhibition of neuronal reuptake of serotonin and subsequent potentiation of serotonin activity.. The central‘ejaculatory neural circuit comprises spinal and cerebral areas that form a highly interconnected network. The sympathetic, parasympathetic, and somatic spinal centers, under the influence of sensory genital and cerebral stimuli integrated and processed at the spinal cord level, act in synergy to command physiologic events occurring during ejaculation, Experimental evidence indicates that serotonin (5-HT), throughout brain descending pathways, exerts an inhibitory role on ejaculation. To date, three 5-HT receptor subtypes (5-HT(1A), 5-HT(1B), and 5-HT(2C)) have been postulated to mediate 5-HT’s modulating activity on ejaculation.

DOSAGE

Dosage may vary in relation to age, bodyweight and individual condition of the patient. Please consult your physician for further details!

SIDE EFFECTS AND OVERDOSAGE

The less frequently occurring side effects experienced by patients may include one or more of the following: nausea, Increased blood pressure, Trembling, Tingling or numbness, dizziness and headaches, flushing, dyspepsia, nasal congestion, temporary visual abnormalities (including changes in color perception, increased sensitivity to light and blurred vision), urinary tract infections or temporary heat rashes.

CONTRAINDICATION

Sildelay 160 may not be administered to individuals under 21 years of age, female individuals, during pregnancy or nursing.
